Conformity Is Now A Degree.

If we divided people into just two groups they would fall into these categories: 

Those who go after what they want.

Those who conform.

The first group simply does not wait for things to be right, be perfect or even if they are ready [most of the time they are not ready].

The second group is led by the status quo.

Being and doing just like everyone else is being and doing.

Once upon a time, university degree's mattered in relative terms to setting you apart and giving a chance to score that job.

Naturally, you need specialized training from an institution if you are to be in a responsible role as a doctor or lawyer but it does not even guarantee they will get a position.

So if everyone is going to get a degree because everyone else is doing it then the playing field is level.

If everyone else is doing it then that is a sure sign to go the other direction.
