You have got to have the guts to do the work by yourself.

Be the first in the office and last one out.

Relentless, consistent, ardent chasing of your dreams.

BUT don't forget your team. You will need a few supporters, not many, just more than you. 

Jesus only had 12 disciples and that changed history.

Multi-million dollar companies can be run on a team of 6 people. 

People who are willing to be part of something bigger.

You've got to do it by yourself but you cannot do it alone.
