Is It Worth The Cost?

Greatness comes at a price. 

Does that price justify the expenditure of energy, the sacrifice of time, investment of money, removal of friendships or partners along the way?

It's only a question you can answer but it's not a price you have to pay.

You can lead an average life with mediocre results and be driven by fear of change or the unknown. 

But it all catches up and life is flux and nothing can prevent the inevitability of change.

The cost of your achievement may never be as high as the cost of never trying.

Whatever you win, lose, gain, prosper from, meet with disappointment, rejection, and failure all combine to add to your life's experience and at the end of the day, you've got to make the final analysis of whether or not the trade was worth it.

Ultimately, you are trading your life second by second for any particular activity and it all has its own cost. 

There is the cost of not going for your dreams.

There is the cost of watching too much TV, drinking too much, eating too much, not working extra hours. 

There is the cost of going for your dreams and it not working out...ah, but if you do go for it and take that joyful leap wouldn't that make the cost worth it for what you become in the process?

Staying with what you know doesn't evolve you nor does it change your outlook on life.

It may be wiser to go for what you want, rather than what you know, to truly live an extraordinary life.
